I don’t command the day — I live in it with you. My approach is all about breathing into the wild, slow, fleeting moments that make your wedding uniquely yours. Think less posing, more feeling. I shoot with both film and digital, letting light, laughter, and life lead the way — because the best stories aren’t staged.
I grew up in Texas, now I’m based in Florida — usually somewhere near the water, a little sunburnt, probably with sand in my car.
I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, but this didn’t start with weddings or business or anything like that. It started at home. My grandma documented everything — photos, albums, little pieces of life that most people would overlook. Because of her, I grew up watching moments get saved in real time. Not just the big ones, but the quiet, ordinary, in-between parts that end up meaning the most. That stuck with me.
Now I photograph weddings the same way. Nothing overly posed, nothing forced. Just paying attention. The chaos, the calm, the blink-and-you-miss-it moments. I shoot both digital and film because some things deserve that texture, that imperfection, that feeling of being able to hold a memory in your hands.
I see myself as a documentarian first, photographer second. I’m there to witness it as it actually happens and give it back to you honestly.
When I’m not working, I’m probably at the beach, out on a run, eating way too much Mexican food, listening to Taylor Swift, or cooking something new with my husband — we like to think we’re amateur food bloggers.
